a version of joseph barter s horizontal twin cylinder engine of 1070 cc capacity, water cooled, fitted two-seat cyclecar in 1913. better equipped average cyclecar of era featuring shaft drive front-mounted engine rear wheels , sold £200. rear suspension unusual horizontal coil spring mounted above differential, front used beam axle , semi-elliptic leaf springing.
production suspended during world war , when car re-appeared in 1919 engine enlarged 1224 cc , price had risen £400 £500. proved expensive , sales dried after few hundred had been made. no original cars survive replica using original parts has been made.
