rugby career
cheetahs / free state cheetahs

bosman started professional rugby career @ free state cheetahs in 2005. during first season, scored winning try in dying moments of currie cup final against blue bulls in pretoria earn side 29–25 victory. result meant free state cheetahs won second currie cup championship, first being more 30 years previously.


bosman part of team defended title following 2 years, final ending in 28-28 draw in 2006 against blue bulls , defeating golden lions 20–18 in 2007 final.


in 2006 cheetahs entered super 14 new south african franchise. @ time of departure, bosman held cheetahs super rugby records career appearances (61), career points (188), points in super rugby match (26) , penalty goals in super rugby match (8).


springboks

at young age of 20, made debut boks in late 2005, against wales in cardiff. boks won game 33–16, bosman contributed 2 conversions on debut. played next week against france in paris, again starting @ flyhalf. kicked 1 penalty goal in 20–26 loss. after cheetahs super 14 season in 2006 ended, bosman called boks tri nations, , reserve in 0–49 loss in brisbane against wallabies. in 2010, bosman unused substitution in springboks 34-31 victory on wales in cardiff.


sharks / sharks

at end of 2010 currie cup season, bosman signed sharks, 2010 currie cup champions. made debut sharks super rugby side against former team, cheetahs, in super rugby competition on 19 february 2011 playing @ inside centre. former sharks inside center, andries strauss, played in match cheetahs, 2 players swapping number 12 jerseys 2 teams. bosman regular starter sharks throughout career helped steer coastal side 2 consecutive currie cup finals (in 2011 , 2012) , super rugby qualifier (2011) , final (2012). however, bosman never managed win title side.


stade francais

in 2013, stade français announced joining them on two-year contract.
