lange s first book children hullebogen, known in english book of holes. actual hole runs right through book , forms centerpiece of illustrations. lange conceptualized, wrote, illustrated, , designed book, published gyldendal, danish publishing house. book has been available in danish edition since 2006; english edition planned. book won aiga award in 2006; 1 juror wrote: “a die-cut hole through entire book focus of children’s book holes in our bodies. honest presentation of information enhanced whimsical drawing.”
