tennessee has 58 delegates 2012 republican national convention. 3 super delegates unbound. 27 delegates awarded congressional district, 3 delegates each district. if candidate wins two-third of vote in district, takes 3 delegates there; if not, delegates split 2-to-1 between top 2 candidates. 28 delegates awarded candidate wins two-thirds of vote statewide, or allocated proportionately among candidates winning @ least 20% of vote if no 1 gets two-thirds.
