early career

born in zadar, pršo started training local clubs nk bagat , nk zadar before moving hnk hajduk split, aged 12. went through ranks of hajduk until, in 1991, medical check allegedly revealed had irregular heartbeat, prompting team release him, thinking therefore unfit professional football. pršo showed no traces of such defect ever since though. when croatian league formed joined nk pazinka, playing season @ top level of croatian football @ 18 years of age. in 1993, moved france play fc rouen, , moved saint raphaël in 1995, worked car mechanic while continued playing football.
