felony jail time

along 50 cent, yayo arrested on december 31, 2002 weapons possession. had glock 20 handgun , colt ar 15 in trunk of car. when police discovered yayo had outstanding warrant previous charge, yayo sentenced bail jumping , spent of 2003 in prison. yayo served time in lakeview shock incarceration correctional facility , paroled on january 8, 2004. next day, arrested possessing forged passport , served time in federal prison until february 24, 2004. when yayo incarcerated, g-unit , eminem began campaign called free yayo . first song tony yayo appeared on after getting out of prison runnin on documentary in january 2005.

on march 24, 2007, tony yayo arrested allegedly assaulting 14-year-old son of jimmy henchmen rosemond. tony yayo , 50 cent accused of approaching child, members of entourage, , pushing him against nearby wall. when tony yayo reportedly slapped boy several times , said fuck czar entertainment . tony yayo has pleaded not guilty , 50 cent has since proven innocence video footage showing him @ connecticut mansion @ time of alleged incident.
