the austere facade of medieval fortress

the tower, although suffering various alterations on centuries, maintains medieval appearance. rectangular tower, marked eastern portico @ ground floor, in addition smaller secondary rectangular opening. first floor includes 2 small rectangular friezes , additional twin-trilobed windows. meanwhile on second rectangular windows, substitute older panes. entire tower covered in merlons surmounting machillations. other facades covered 18th century palace grounds, , visible last floor (along southern , western views) include twined , trilobal windows, particularly along eastern wall.
a 1986 intervention responsible complete transformation of interior, in addition ceiling tile. little known former interior.
